Advisor, Business and Legal Affairs
Adam is an entertainment industry veteran and a Partner at McCathern Law. Adam has a wide range of experience working in the entertainment industry. Prior to going into private practice, Adam served as the General Counsel and Head of Business Affairs for Gold Circle Entertainment and in the business and legal affairs departments at Warner Bros. Online and New Line Cinema.

Advisor, Transmedia
Zak is an entrepreneur and transmedia entertainment industry veteran. He has produced movies, TV series, and video games, founded successful companies, and raised tens of millions of dollars in capital. Kadison’s Playtime Entertainment, a media and entertainment consulting firm and production company – provides narrative design and business development for PubG. He is also co-founder and COO of Imperative Entertainment, an independent multi-platform production company and financier.

Advisor, Distribution
Tom is a Chief technologist with over 30 years of Media & Entertainment Technology experience. Heralded for his time as Warner Bros. Technology CIO, he successfully transformed technical operations. Tom is currently acting as interim CTO/CIO.

Creative Development
Danielle has over 20 years of experience in the creative and entertainment industry, cutting her teeth on set design, her teams winning numerous Emmy’s. Avila went onto work in creative development for award winning agency The Tyee Group, and in post-production at Chelsea Studios Post where she art directed work for CNN, The David Letterman Show, the Boston professional sports teams, and others.

Creative Development
Chris is a writer and creative development strategist with over three decades of experience. A Pulitzer Prize nominated author, Chris has, in addition to writing several literary works, created dozens of TV series’ and feature films.
